SAFE HAVEN SPONSORSHIP

Safe Haven Scheme: This is our most valuable source of ongoing funding. For as little as £1 a week (or whatever you can afford), you can sponsor a dog kennel or cat space at Radcliffe Animal Shelter, by monthly Standing Order. To secure the future of the Animal Shelter, we are hoping to sign up 2007 new supporters! You can join the scheme by filling in the form below and returning it to the Centre (in person or by post). If you would prefer to give a one off payment by cheque, postal order, or cash, please fill in the Sponsorship section below (but not the standing order section) and send it to the address at the bottom of this form.

Give Safe Haven Membership as a gift: A one off payment, ideal for Christmas or Birthdays! Junior membership is £15 and adult membership is £30 for a year. They will receive a card along with their membership pack. Again, please fill in only the Sponsorship section below and send with a cheque, postal order or cash to the address at the bottom of this form.

So how do I donate?

Simply download and print off the DONATION FORM. Complete all the details and post it to the Shelter and we will do the rest.

When you join the Safe Haven Scheme, we will reward your kindness by:

•displaying your name in the Animal Shelter and on our website

•sending you our supporters newsletters (by email if email address given) so you can read about our work, events and open days

•giving you a special ‘Safe Haven’ certificate

•giving you a special ‘Safe Haven’ car sticker
